Charlotte Pottieger Fine Art Commission Process:

Initial Consultation:

  • We'll begin with a conversation to discuss your vision, preferences, and any specific ideas you have in mind for your commissioned artwork.

  • Together, we'll explore the style, size, medium, and overall concept that best captures your family's story and fits your home decor.

Proposal and Pricing:

  • Based on our initial consultation, I will provide you with a detailed proposal outlining the artwork specifications, estimated timeline, and pricing.

  • Please note that payment is due in full upfront to secure your commission slot.


Any size is available, but prices for common size of paintings on canvas are: 

8” X 10”: $175

11" x 14”: $350

18" x 24": $700

24" x 30": $1200

30” x 40": $1500

Prices include shipping and framing is available for an additional fee.

Payment:

  • Once you've approved the proposal, I'll send you an invoice for the full payment amount. 

  • Prompt payment will allow us to move forward with the creation process smoothly.

Creation and Feedback:

  • With your payment confirmed, I'll start working on your commissioned artwork. Throughout the creation process, I'll keep you updated on the progress.

  • After the initial artwork is completed, I'll share a digital preview with you for review and feedback.

Revision (1 included):

  • Upon receiving the preview, you'll have the opportunity for one revision if necessary.

  • Please provide specific and constructive feedback during this stage to ensure that your vision is fully realized.

Additional Revisions (with added fee):

  • Should you require further revisions beyond the initial one included, an additional fee will apply. The fee will depend on the complexity and extent of the requested changes.

  • I want to ensure your utmost satisfaction, but additional revisions will require additional time and effort. 

Final Approval and Delivery:

  • Once you're completely satisfied with the artwork and any revisions, I'll proceed with the final touches and preparations.

  • Your completed artwork will be carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery to your doorstep.

Please keep in mind that the overall timeline for completion may vary depending on the size and complexity of the artwork, as well as the current commission queue. Rest assured, I will provide you with a clear estimate of the timeline during our initial consultation.
